Process: International Banking Customer Support

Location: Bengaluru

Shift : UK shift (5 days work 2 days off)

CTC: Up to 6.6 LPA

Both way cab services will provided

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international banking customers.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, banking services, transactions, and general service requests.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Handle complaints, escalations, and follow-ups while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow banking policies,



data confidentiality standards, and compliance procedures.
- Meet service quality, productivity, and customer experience targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates, subject to process eligibility.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to hiring requirements.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Solid customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
