Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.

Source candidates through Naukri.com, job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Recruit for positions in sales, marketing, customer support, operations, administration, and other non-IT domains.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.

Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.





Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Familiarity with Naukri.com and other job portals is preferred.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
