Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 30 Health Claim Adjudicators for a leading health insurance company at its Thane Head Office.

We are looking for qualified doctors with experience in health insurance claims processing, medical claim assessment, claim adjudication, or claim investigation.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess health insurance claims.
- Examine medical records, hospital bills, discharge summaries, and investigation reports.
- Verify medical necessity, treatment details, and claim documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential fraud indicators.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround time (TAT).

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be BHMS / BAMS / MBBS qualified.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in health insurance claims, medical claim processing,



adjudication, investigation, or medical assessment.
- Good medical knowledge and document-review skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.

Vacancies & Shift Timings
- Cashless Claim Adjudicator – 20 Positions
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
- Any 9-hour shift.
- Reimbursement Claim Adjudicator – 10 Positions
- Fixed shift: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Salary & Training
- Monthly salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000, based on experience and interview performance.
- Initial training: 7 working days (unpaid).
- Employment on the rolls of Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd.
