About the Role

We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Customer Support Executive to assist LedgerX users with accounting software queries, invoicing, GST-related features and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in Hindi and English through calls, WhatsApp and other support channels.

Help users understand invoicing, payments, ledgers, GST and other accounting features.

Troubleshoot basic software issues and guide customers through the required steps.





Coordinate with the accounts and technical teams to resolve customer queries.

Maintain customer support records and follow up on unresolved issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.

Positive knowledge of accounting principles and basic GST concepts.

Fluent Hindi communication skills and basic English proficiency.

Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is preferred.

Good communication, patience and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work from our Kochi office.
