Software Engineer Backend / Full-Stack
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Technical Skills
- Core Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, PostgreSQL / SQL, Git
- Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS basics (EC2/ECS, S3, RDS)
- Frontend Knowledge: Working knowledge of React / TypeScript
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain REST APIs for core modules.
- Write typed, tested code across the backend and, as needed, the React frontend.
- Integrate third-party and government APIs (e.g., GST e-way bill GSP, SMS/WhatsApp, payment gateways).
Soft Skills & Cultural Fit
- Clear written communication for an asynchronous team workplace.
- Proactive in asking questions early.
- Open to constructive code review feedback and active participation in code reviews.
Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge in logistics or fintech (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience in a startup environment.
