Qualification: SSLC / 12th The Production Helper supports daily manufacturing operations in the spices processing and packing unit. The role involves material handling, loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods, sack stitching, packing activities, housekeeping, and assisting machine operators to ensure smooth production.

Key Responsibilities

- Stitch and seal spice sacks/bags using manual or machine stitching equipment.

- Load and unload raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products safely.

- Assist in packing, labeling, weighing, and palletizing finished spice products.

- Transfer materials between production, warehouse, and dispatch areas.

- Ensure proper handling of spices to avoid contamination and product loss.





- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production and storage areas.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, GMP, and workplace safety requirements.

- Segregate and dispose of waste materials as instructed.

- Assist in stock movement and inventory counting activities when required.

- Report equipment issues, damaged bags, or safety concerns to supervisors.

- Follow company procedures and complete assigned tasks within production timelines.
