Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Design: Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings , including ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, plant rooms, and sections.
- As-Built Drawings: Develop exact As-Built drawings post-construction based on site inputs.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with international and local standards ( ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC , and local building codes).
- Load Estimation Support: Assist design engineers in verifying equipment schedules, bill of quantities (BOQ), and material take-offs.
- Site Coordination: Visit sites occasionally to verify dimensions and clarify drawing details for the execution team.
