Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role based in Ahmedabad. The technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial and industrial facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, replacing faulty components, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.

The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with other trades on-site, documenting work performed, and following company procedures and safety guidelines. The technician will also interact with clients professionally, provide status updates,



and support emergency or after-hours service requests when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose HVAC performance issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs.
- Candidates should possess Plumbing skills for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping, drainage, and condensate systems related to HVAC equipment.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and component checks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Candidates should possess EPA-related knowledge and compliance skills, including safe handling of refrigerants and adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
- Candidates should possess Electricity skills for working with control panels, wiring, motors, and electrical safety procedures within HVAC systems.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, or electrical engineering is preferred.
- Experience working as an HVAC technician or in a similar building services role, ideally in commercial or industrial environments.
- Ability to use basic diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Robust attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad, support occasional extended hours, and collaborate with a diverse team.
