HisVitals is a preventive healthcare company focused on metabolic health, obesity management, nutrition and wellness. We help people understand their metabolic health, identify possible underlying contributors to weight-related concerns, and make informed health decisions. Our science-led approach is supported by two comprehensive blood panels, covering 72 and 119 parameters.

Role Overview

As a Health Consultant, you will speak with people who have already shown interest in weight loss and metabolic health, and help them understand how comprehensive blood testing can give useful insights and identify the root cause of the unfderlying issues. This is a consultative, education-first role. You will explain complex health concepts in straightforward language, build trust, and guide interested clients to book their blood test.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with qualified leads provided by the company, who have expressed interest in weight loss, obesity management or improving metabolic health
- Reach out to clients by phone and messages
- Understand each client's concerns, goals and challenges
- Explain the purpose and potential benefits of HisVitals' blood testing panels




- Clearly explain the differences between the 72-parameter and 119-parameter panels
- Help clients see how blood testing can offer insights into metabolic health and possible contributors to weight management difficulties
- Communicate the scientific rationale accurately, within the scope of your training
- Answer client questions and concerns professionally and with confidence
- Build trust through empathetic, informative communication
- Guide interested clients through the blood test booking process and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain healthcare concepts clearly
- Confidence in client conversations over calls and messages
- Willingness to learn about metabolic health, obesity and preventive diagnostics
- Ability to build trust and handle client queries
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome

Preferred Qualifications

- BSc, diploma or degree in nutrition, dietetics, healthcare or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Prior experience in healthcare consultation, client communication or business development
