Eligibility

- Age Limit: Below 35 years
- Assist the Medical Superintendent and healthcare staff with routine administrative and patient-support activities.
- Maintain patient records, medical documents, registers, and office files accurately.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communication between medical staff, patients, and hospital departments.
- Support the preparation, filing,



and retrieval of medical reports and official correspondence.
- Guide patients and visitors regarding hospital procedures, departments, and available services.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the office setting.
- Handle document movement, record tracking, and dispatch of official communications.
