Role Description The Head of Technical Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Savli, responsible for overseeing all technical and operational aspects of transformer manufacturing and related services. This role includes managing day-to-day plant operations, supervising technical teams, and ensuring that production, testing, and commissioning activities meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Head of Technical Operations will coordinate cross-functional projects, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and resource utilization.

Key responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues,



supporting pre- and post-sales technical discussions, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of projects and orders. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets related to technical operations, and mentoring team members to build strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide multidisciplinary technical and operations staff.
- Strong Operations Management experience, including production planning, process optimization, and maintenance oversight.
- Hands-on Technical Support capabilities for high-voltage electrical equipment, with a focus on transformers and power systems.
- Proven Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects from concept to commissioning.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field; advanced qualifications or certifications in power systems are an advantage.
- Deep understanding of transformer design, testing standards, grid integration, and safety regulations.
- Experience in a manufacturing or heavy engineering setting, preferably in transformers or power equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven operational decisions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
