Salary: ₹12–16 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

We are looking for an experienced head of procurement with robust expertise in sourcing and procuring agro commodities, particularly rice and maize, across India. The candidate will be responsible for developing reliable sourcing networks and securing competitive prices to meet the raw material requirements of distilleries and other industries involved in the production of ethanol and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement of rice, maize, and other relevant agro commodities.
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers, rice mills, traders, and sourcing networks across India.
- Negotiate competitive purchase prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and payment procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key industry stakeholders.
- Ensure timely procurement, consistent material quality,



and uninterrupted supply.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and sourcing opportunities to optimize procurement costs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 10–15 years of hands-on experience in agro commodity procurement, particularly rice and maize.
- Strong knowledge of pan-India sourcing networks and supplier identification.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Sound understanding of commodity pricing, commercial terms, and payment systems.
- Experience supplying raw materials to distilleries, ethanol plants, or ENA manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

Compensation The indicative salary range is ₹12–16 LPA. Compensation may be negotiated for exceptional candidates based on experience and suitability.
