? Location: Bangalore (office-based; relocation candidates welcome)

? Salary: ₹60,000–₹80,000/month + quarterly performance bonuses

? Working Days: 5.5 days/week, office-based

? Experience: 5–7 years in full-stack marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a creative, ambitious, hands-on Head of Marketing to build GiGi into one of India's most exciting energy drink brands. You'll lead our online and offline marketing, with a strong focus on social media, content creation, events, and brand partnerships.

This is a brand-building role, not a performance marketing role. You'll work directly with the founders and own marketing strategy, creative direction, and execution.

THE DAY TO DAY:

- Social Media & Content: Lead content strategy, creative production, organic growth, and social campaigns.
- Events & Activations: Execute brand events, sampling activities, community experiences, etc.
- Brand Campaigns:



Develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Influencers & Partnerships: Build creator relationships and strategic brand collaborations.
- Retail Marketing: Drive in-store visibility, POS materials, and retail activations.
- Marketing Leadership: Own budgets, build a team, measure campaign performance.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- MUST have 5–7 years POST-GRAD of online and offline marketing experience.
- MUST have Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related degree.
- MUST have national marketing campaign work.
- Strong portfolio of social media content, creative campaigns, and brand activations.
- Agency experience highly preferred, ideally with FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
