About Paramverse Bio

Paramverse Bio Pvt. Ltd. is building India's next great bio company, with a focus on biological agriculture. Founded in 2024 and part of Paramverse Group, it develops and sells indigenous microbial formulations under the DHARITRI SUTRA™ brand. The portfolio spans 21 registered products across three lines: RAKSHAK (bio-protection), POSHAK (bio-nutrition), and AMRITAM (export-grade compliance).

Every product is delivered through the "Doctor of Soil" model: a certified agronomist, a personalised prescription, and data to show whether it worked. Paramverse Bio is live across nine Indian states in Phase 1 (FY27), with 48 territories, institutional-grade manufacturing, and field-to-export traceability.

What You Will Own

Growth and market strategy. Translate business ambition into a clear growth agenda across priority states, territories, crops, farmer segments, channels, and product lines. Own the marketing contribution to market expansion and revenue growth; this is a business-building role, not only a branding role.

Farmer operating systems. Design scalable farmer programmes and operating models that connect the Doctor of Soil approach with farmer identification, agronomist-led advisory, product recommendations, field demonstrations, adoption tracking, and outcome measurement.

Go-to-market and portfolio strategy. Develop product and segment strategies for RAKSHAK, POSHAK, and AMRITAM, including use-case prioritisation, value propositions, launch sequencing, market-entry plans, and differentiation grounded in product science and farmer needs.

Market development and expansion. Partner with sales and agronomy teams to identify high-potential markets, understand crop and regional requirements, address adoption barriers, and build repeatable territory-level growth programmes.

Demand generation and channel growth. Build integrated programmes across farmer engagement,

dealer and distributor activation, institutional relationships, demonstrations, field days, trials, and relevant ATL, BTL, and digital channels to create demand and strengthen market pull.

Market intelligence and farmer insight. Establish a continuous feedback loop using farmer conversations, field observations, channel inputs, trial results, and market data. Convert insights into product, messaging, pricing, and programme improvements.

Commercial and cross-functional alignment. Work closely with business leadership, sales, agronomy, product/R&D;, and operations to align marketing priorities with business targets, field capability, launch readiness, and product availability.

Brand and science-led communication. Set clear positioning and communication standards for biological agricultural products. Ensure product benefits are explained simply and credibly, with claims and materials validated by relevant technical and regulatory stakeholders.

Budget, measurement, and ROI. Own the marketing budget and performance dashboard. Define measures such as farmer reach, engagement, trials, conversion, repeat adoption, channel activation, territory growth, and programme return on investment.

Marketing organisation and operating rhythm. Build the team, partner ecosystem, annual calendar, playbooks, review cadence, and execution standards required to scale marketing consistently across territories.

What We Are Looking For

Strategic marketing and growth experience. Typically 10+ years of experience,

including leadership of marketing, market development, or growth programmes in a business with strong field execution.

Relevant industry exposure. Experience in agri-inputs, biologicals, agri-tech, seeds, crop nutrition/protection, biotechnology, or another science-led B2B/B2C business is strongly preferred.

Farmer and channel understanding. Ability to understand farmer decision-making, on-ground adoption barriers, and the role of agronomists, dealers, distributors, and institutional partners.

Programme design capability. Evidence of designing scalable operating programmes and go-to-market models, not just producing campaigns or brand collateral.

Commercial and analytical mindset. Comfortable linking marketing plans to business outcomes, interpreting market data, setting KPIs, and reallocating resources based on results. Cross-functional leadership. Able to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively with sales, field teams, technical experts, and external partners.

Communication and leadership. Can translate complex technical or biological product benefits into transparent farmer- and channel-relevant messaging and lead teams through growth and change.

Education. A degree in agriculture, life sciences, biotechnology, science, engineering, or business; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing/agri-business is an advantage.

Nice to Have

Experience scaling a biological, microbial, or other agri-input product portfolio across multiple states.

Experience creating agronomist-led farmer engagement models, demonstration programmes, field trials, or data-backed adoption journeys.

Exposure to dealer/distributor networks, FPOs, institutional customers, or rural market development.

Experience building marketing systems and teams in a founder-led or growth-stage business.
