We are looking for a strategic, people-centric Head of People to lead the end-to-end HR function for a growing, multi-product SaaS organisation of around 140 employees. Reporting to the Founder/CEO,



you will shape people strategy and partner with business leaders to drive organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead people strategy, organisation design and transformation aligned with business goals.
- Build a high-performance culture and enhance employee experience, engagement and retention.
- Drive talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benchmarking and rewards.
- Strengthen employer branding and attract top product talent.
- Oversee employee relations, HR policies and compliance with Indian and Kerala labour laws.
- Partner with the Founder and leadership team on people decisions and organisational development.
- Build and lead an accountable, high-performing HR team.

What We’re Looking For

- 8+ years of comprehensive HR experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, HRBP and HR leadership.
- Preferred experience in IT Product / SaaS organisations.
- Solid strategic thinking, business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, compensation and labour compliance.
- Proven leadership, ownership, empathy and decision-making abilities.
