Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Solid experience in the retail industry, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Experience in managing HR functions for retail stores and corporate teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
