Role Description The Head of Human Resources Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all HR operational functions at INTIMAX WELLNESS. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India oversees HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. The role includes designing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining and improving HR policies and procedures, and ensuring consistent, confidential, and ethical handling of employee matters.

The Head of HR Operations manages HRIS and related systems, monitors HR metrics,



and drives process improvements that support a high-performance, inclusive, and discreet work culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, guiding managers on HR best practices, resolving employee queries, and supporting training and development initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR), with experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR Strategy, aligning people practices with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Solid knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and labor regulations, with a track record of creating and maintaining clear, equitable policy frameworks.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related HR technology tools to manage data, reporting, and process automation.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in HR roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or professional services environments.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive topics and confidential information responsibly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
