About the Role

Vidwath Innovative Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced Head - Finance & Accounts to lead our accounting operations in Bengaluru. You will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and statutory compliance, working closely with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams. Success in this role means clean books, on-time month-end and year-end closings, full compliance, and strong financial processes and controls across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and reconciliations
- Monitor payables, receivables, expenses, and cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams




- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
- Identify and improve accounting processes and controls

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance
- MBA in Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Kannada speaking ability preferred
