? Key Responsibilities

- Lead industrial construction and infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
- Manage factory setup, plant expansion, and infrastructure development.
- Supervise site operations, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Handle project budgeting, cost control, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
- Oversee civil maintenance, repairs, and structural integrity of industrial facilities.
- Coordinate with plant heads, consultants, and key stakeholders.

? Required Skills




- Extensive experience in civil project management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in industrial construction, factory infrastructure, and project execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, structural engineering, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
