About the OpportunityWe are hiring for an established, fast-growing organization in the AI Data Services industry, specializing in data annotation and data labeling solutions for global customers.

With a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees and ambitious plans to scale to 5,000+ employees, the organization is looking for an experienced Head – Human Resources to lead its people strategy, strengthen HR operations and support its next phase of growth.

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader from the BPO / ITES industry who has successfully managed large employee populations, driven high-volume recruitment and built scalable HR processes in a rapid-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Leadership & People Management

- Lead and mentor an established HR team of 8 members.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of day-to-day HR activities.
- Drive team accountability, performance management and operational excellence.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR priorities with business growth.

2. Workforce Scaling & Bulk Hiring

- Develop and execute HR strategies to support workforce expansion from approximately 3,000 to 5,000+ employees.
- Lead high-volume recruitment and manpower planning initiatives.
- Build scalable hiring processes to meet business requirements without compromising quality or turnaround times.
- Manage workforce planning, employee onboarding and retention initiatives.

3. HR Generalist & Operational Excellence

- Oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance and employee engagement.
- Strengthen HR processes and ensure consistent implementation across the organization.




- Identify operational gaps and introduce practical improvements.
- Ensure smooth HR delivery in a large, people-intensive business workplace.

4. Process Improvement & Resource Optimization

- Drive measurable improvements in HR efficiency using existing resources.
- Streamline workflows, improve productivity and strengthen HR reporting.
- Introduce scalable systems and processes to support business growth.
- Balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational execution.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Head or in a senior HR leadership role within a large BPO / ITES organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing workforce growth from approximately 2,500 to 5,000 employees.
- Strong expertise in bulk hiring, workforce planning and high-volume recruitment.
- Broad exposure to HR generalist functions and end-to-end HR operations.
- Experience leading HR teams and managing large, operationally intensive workforces.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, retention, performance management and HR compliance.
- Ability to deliver results hands-on while improving processes with limited resources.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.

Important Location RequirementThis is a fully on-site role based in Noida.

Candidates must currently reside in Noida or be willing to relocate to Noida. Candidates planning to commute daily from Gurgaon, Dwarka or other distant locations will not be considered.
