Head – IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity

Location: Gurugram, India

About the RoleQuadLabs Technologies is looking for an experienced Head – IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity to lead our IT infrastructure, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and technology governance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and strategic leadership to build secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technology environments that support business growth and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cloud infrastructure and operations across Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, including architecture, migration, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, application hosting, and production environments.
- Drive cybersecurity governance, risk management, vulnerability remediation, identity and access management, and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security standards, including ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, where relevant.
- Establish robust monitoring, incident management, business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, Support, and Compliance teams to strengthen infrastructure reliability and DevSecOps practices.
- Manage technology vendors, budgets, cloud expenditure, and infrastructure investments.




- Lead and develop the infrastructure and cybersecurity team while driving automation, modernization, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and/or cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Robust hands-on understanding of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Expertise in Windows Server, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, networking, firewalls, and production infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, access governance, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and incident response.
- Experience in high availability, backup, disaster recovery, cloud cost optimization, and IT service management.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
- Proven experience in team leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. MCA or equivalent relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Preferred: Relevant Azure/AWS, CISSP/CISM, ISO 27001, or ITIL certifications. Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or customer-facing technology platforms will be an advantage.
