We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Head of Sales (HOS) to lead sales operations and drive business growth in Hyderabad and the Telangana market. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the building materials industry, proven sales leadership experience, and an established network of dealers, distributors, builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants.

Candidates based in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, or Telangana may be considered, provided they have solid, demonstrable knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and regional sales objectives.
- Expand the company's presence across Hyderabad and Telangana by developing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, and project consultants.
- Drive both channel sales and project sales, depending on business requirements.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, projects, and partnership opportunities.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reviews.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, team productivity, and market developments to management.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the building materials industry.
- Strong working knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana market, including local customer networks and sales channels.
- Proven experience in sales team management, target achievement, and business development.




- Experience in dealer/distributor management and project-based sales.
- Established relationships with builders, architects, contractors, developers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies, manage a pipeline, and deliver measurable business results.

Preferred Industry Background Candidates with experience in one or more of the following building materials categories will be preferred:
- uPVC and aluminium doors and windows
- Architectural systems, glazing, and railings
- Tiles, flooring, and sanitaryware
- Cement, RMC, and other construction materials
- Plywood, laminates, architectural hardware, and related building products

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Currently working or previously worked as a Head of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Zonal Sales Manager, or in a comparable senior sales leadership position.
- Experience in a building materials manufacturing, distribution, or construction-products company.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and manage both existing accounts and new business acquisition.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, dealer networks, project sales cycles, and customer acquisition.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
