Job Title: Technician Machining HBM/ MBM Operator

Location: Sricity – Andhra Pradesh

Responsibilities

- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding,

milling etc.
- Reading and understanding mechanical drawings
- Prepare or edit CNC program to machine the jobs as per drawings
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
- Check and maintain check sheets

Technical Requirements

- Able to run CNC Machines using Sinumerik (Siemens) control
- Must know Sinumerik 840 D Control
- Able read mechanical drawings
- Must know 4 and above axis controls.

Soft Skills

- Ensuring accurate machining and dimensional accuracy.
- Clear reporting of progress, issues, and coordination with team members.
- Quick troubleshooting of machine/tool issues and alignment errors.
- Effective collaboration during setup, heavy component handling, and inspections.
