About the Role

Pamohi Synergy Solutions is looking for a skilled Hardware Testing Engineer with experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) to perform hardware testing, validation, debugging, and performance evaluation of battery-related electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform hardware testing and validation of BMS boards and electronic components.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
- Test battery cell voltage and temperature sensing, current measurement, cell balancing, and protection functions.
- Conduct functional, performance, reliability, and fault-injection testing.
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, bench power supplies, and electronic loads for testing and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose hardware failures and support root-cause analysis.
- Test communication interfaces, including CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, and RS485.
- Prepare test reports,



document defects, and verify corrective actions.
- Collaborate with hardware design, embedded firmware, and system integration teams.
- Follow applicable electrical safety and testing procedures.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in hardware testing and validation.
- Knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and lithium-ion batteries.
- Understanding of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience with PCB testing, debugging, and schematic interpretation.
- Familiarity with CAN communication and embedded hardware.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
