- Good understanding of Intel Embedded Processors.
- Experience with schematic tools (Orcad) and high-speed PCB layout techniques
- FPGA programming skills, VHDL, Personal computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook)
- High level of technical English reading and writing is a must.
- Good understanding of signal power integrity
- Ability to work independently and integrative as a team member
- Ability to work structured and according to procedures

- Advantage: Experience with military electronics

- Advantage: Proficiency with Orcad / Allegro Lead and manage a team of hardware engineers in the design and development of advanced hardware systems.
- Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.




- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the hardware development process.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, design reports, and test plans.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with hardware design and development.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Communication.
- 10 years + experience in RT/Embedded systems development (Intelor PowerPC)/peripheral interfaces such as PCIe, USB 3.0, 1G /10G Ethernet,DDR2/DDR3 Etc
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
