Hardware Engineer

About Kosha Labs:

Kosha Labs builds real-world data infrastructure for robotics and physical AI. We work with leading frontier AI and robotics labs, collecting large-scale multimodal data across real-world environments to help train the next generation of robotic systems.

We move fast, build our own hardware systems, and deploy them at scale in the field.

The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Hardware Engineer to work closely with and assist our lead hardware engineer. You’ll help build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot camera, compute, sensor, and data-collection systems used across our operations.

- Working knowledge of Linux: command line, file systems, package management, and SSH
- Basic programming skills
- Understanding of electronics, including multimeters, breadboarding, and soldering
- Familiarity with UART, I2C, SPI, and GPIO

- Exposure to Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi 5, or similar platforms
- Ability to debug basic hardware and software issues

Background:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, CS, or a related field
- Freshers only
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities during college
- Preferably part of a robotics, electronics, drone, automotive, or similar hardware club
- Participation in robotics competitions, hackathons, or tech fests is a plus

What we look for:

- High energy and eager to learn
- Self-starter who can work with minimal hand-holding
- Naturally curious and enjoys building, taking things apart, and experimenting
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- Good communicator and team player
- Comfortable working in a quick-moving startup environment
