Responsibilities

- New hires will be responsible for providing onsite hardware and networking support on Windows based platform for desktops and server systems

Technical Skills Required

- Windows installation and configuration (Windows 7/10/11)
- Windows based server management
- Active Directory Services management
- Email server management for MS-Exchange, Mdaemon and other mail servers
- Hardware desktop assembly
- Installation of Windows applications and peripherals (printers, scanners etc.)
- MS Office installation and configuration
- Basic Router Administration
- Basic Firewall Management

Other Requirements

- Personnel should have good communication skills
- Ready to work in field, in house and site
- Should be good in handling customers in case of any escalations
