: Hair Transplant Surgeon / DoctorRole overviewWe are looking for an experienced, skilled, and patient-focused Hair Transplant Surgeon to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in advanced hair restoration techniques—specifically FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation)—along with strong aesthetic judgment and excellent chairside manner.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient consultations, scalp evaluations, and medical history reviews to determine the most suitable hair restoration approach.
- Design customized, natural-looking hairlines that complement individual facial structures and patient expectations.
- Perform surgical hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT) with precision, ensuring high graft survival rates and minimal trauma.
- Supervise and guide the surgical support team (technicians, nurses) during graft extraction, sorting, and implantation phases.
- Manage post-operative care, conduct follow-up consultations, and provide clear guidance on recovery and maintenance.




- Stay updated on the latest advancements in trichology, regenerative medicine, and hair restoration technologies (e.g., PRP therapy).
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety, sterilization protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.

Key requirements

- Qualifications: MBBS with an MS/DNB in General Surgery / Dermatology, or an MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery (or equivalent recognized board certification).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience performing surgical hair restoration procedures independently.
- Skills: Excellent manual dexterity, precision, patience for long procedures, and a strong aesthetic eye for hairline artistry.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to explain procedures clearly, build patient trust, and manage expectations empathetically.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
