Role Description The Guest Relations Specialist internship is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern will welcome and assist guests, manage inquiries, and ensure a positive experience before, during, and after events. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling guest communications, guiding visitors through services and offerings, resolving basic service issues, and coordinating with internal teams to support event operations.

The intern will help maintain guest records, support sales and promotional activities, and provide feedback on guest experience improvements.



This role is designed to build foundational skills in guest relations, event support, and customer experience within the Indian wedding domain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality and responsiveness.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse guests and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Experience skills, with an ability to understand guest needs and contribute to memorable, high-quality interactions.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, including the ability to explain services, support upselling, and assist in lead nurturing.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, fluency in English and local languages, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Prior exposure to events, hospitality, or wedding services is a plus; current students or recent graduates in hospitality, event management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
