Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join the team at Simfiniti.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, explaining gaming experiences, assisting customers with racing simulators, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional customer experience.
- Explain available racing simulators, gaming experiences, packages, and activities.
- Guide customers on using simulator equipment, including steering wheels, pedals, and game controls.
- Assist guests with bookings, session coordination, and general enquiries.
- Ensure gaming stations are ready for use and report equipment or technical issues to the concerned team.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Support gaming competitions, group bookings, corporate events,



and other activities as required.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and service standards across the gaming area.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Promote a fun, engaging, and customer-friendly gaming environment.

Skills and Qualifications
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first attitude with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Interest in gaming, racing simulators, motorsports, or entertainment activities.
- Ability to assist customers and handle multiple requests.
- Willingness to learn simulator operations and basic troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, gaming arcades, or guest relations would be an advantage.
- Freshers may be considered if they have strong communication skills and a positive attitude, subject to the company's requirements.
