Position Summary

As Veoci continues to expand, we are seeking a talented GTM Associate to join the Iprime team and provide offshore support for Veoci’s GTM Strategy & Operations function. Reporting directly to the GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, you will work every day across vertical GTM strategy, market and competitive research, AI-powered sales intelligence systems, sales playbooks, RFP responses, and leadership reporting.

In one sentence: whatever moves GTM forward faster, you own the first draft, the research, the follow-through, and the details.

Within 6 months, you should be running entire workstreams — a competitive tracker, a weekly briefing, an account research pipeline — with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

● Research target accounts across our verticals (aviation, healthcare, government, higher ed, fire): who they are, who buys, what they use today, and what’s changing

● Track competitors — product launches, pricing moves, RFP wins, conference activity — and keep battlecards current

● Monitor RFP portals, procurement databases,



and industry news for sales signals; do the background digging for whatever’s live that week

● Turn rough direction into polished first drafts: research briefs, account playbooks, opportunity assessments, requirement documents, and weekly leadership reports

● Format and quality-check documents, decks, and briefing emails before they go out; maintain living documents (ICP guides, persona docs, playbooks) so they never go stale

● QA the daily output of our AI sales intelligence agents (built on n8n with Claude and Gemini) — catch hallucinations, mislabeled accounts, stale data — and log issues for fixing

● Test prompt changes, verify fixes, and document how each workflow runs; over time, learn to modify and build these workflows yourself

● Keep CRM data clean: account tiers, contact accuracy, dedupes, and list imports

● Track open items across projects, prepare meeting materials and capture action items from key calls, and build and maintain distribution lists, trackers, and SOPs

Qualifications

Mandatory :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a Top Tier Engineering College like the IITs , NIIT , BITS, PSG Tech and similar.

MBA preferred : From any of the top 30 MBA colleges

85% and above in 12th Boards equivalent to CBSE if you dont meet these qualifitcations please do NOT apply

Other Qualifications:

● 0–3 years of experience — research analysts, ops associates, consultants, presales, or sharp fresh graduates all work; background matters less than aptitude

● Excellent written English — most of your output is written, and you should write clearly, concisely, and to US business standards

● AI-fluent — you already use Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini daily and can show it; you’re excited, not intimidated, by working inside an agentic stack

● Obsessive attention to detail — you catch the wrong title, the duplicate row, the number that doesn’t add up before anyone else sees it

● High ownership — you’d rather be told the goal than the steps, follow through without reminders, and do unglamorous work at the same standard as glamorous work

● Trustworthy with confidential material — you’ll see pipeline data, pricing, and strategy documents from day one

Preferred Skills

● Exposure to US B2B SaaS or public-sector sales (RFPs, government procurement)

● Hands-on time with n8n, Zapier, Make, Clay,



Apollo, or Sales Navigator

● Spreadsheet modeling skills (lookups, pivots, basic analysis)

Work Hours:

This role is hybrid, based in Noida, India. Working hours are flexible, with approximately 5–6 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
