Role Description The Growth Product Manager at Tuxo will lead initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across the product. This full-time hybrid role is based in Indore, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and using data to identify growth opportunities and optimize user journeys.

The role involves running experiments and A/B tests, analyzing metrics, and iterating features to improve activation,



virality, and long-term value.

Manager will partner closely with marketing and community teams to align product features with growth campaigns and user feedback.

Qualifications

- Product strategy and planning skills, including Product Road Mapping and Product Management experience.
- Growth-focused skills such as Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing to scale acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Human-centered innovation capabilities using Design Thinking to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Robust analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, design, engineering, and marketing.
- Prior experience in consumer tech, social platforms, or community-driven products is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Design, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
