What We re Looking For:

- 4 to 6 years in growth, lifecycle, and product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or marketplace.

- Demonstrated ownership of retention metrics: churn reduction, expansion revenue, and activation rates not just campaign execution.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, or Braze.

- Solid analytical foundation: comfortable in SQL or BI tools, able to run your own analysis.

- Experience designing and scaling acquisition channels beyond Google and Meta.

- Proven track record of revenue attribution by cohort and campaign profitability analysis
