The position is primarily remote, the candidate will be required to ???? ??????????? ???????, ???????????? ??? ???????? ???????? ?? ?????/??? and drive opportunities from prospecting to closure.

? Generate and close corporate training opportunities across multiple skill domains

? Connect with HR, L&D; and business decision-makers

? Draft customized proposals and conduct scoping meetings

? Develop university/institutional partnerships for skill-based courses

? Drive course enrollments and learner acquisition

? Build and maintain client relationships and sales pipeline

? Identify new business opportunities and take them from prospecting to closure

? Support ProMentor Academy’s social media and content growth

? Handle relevant day-to-day business operations

✔️ 1+ years of experience in Business Development,



preferably in EdTech, Corporate Training, L&D;, Professional Education or related sectors

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔️ Ability to confidently interact with HR/L&D; professionals, corporate decision-makers and university representatives

✔️ Strong proposal-writing and presentation skills

✔️ Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

✔️ Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills
