Maa Barabhuja Timber Depot (MBT), a trusted 30+ year legacy business in Bhubaneswar, is looking for a commercially driven professional to lead the next phase of growth across timber, furniture, and allied product categories.

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Role Type: Full time | On-site | Field-driven

Compensation: ₹1.00–1.10 lakh/month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth across timber, furniture, and allied products
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and institutional customers
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped market segments
- Develop market intelligence on customer needs, pricing, competition, and demand trends
- Evaluate expansion opportunities in plywood, WPC, laminates, doors, and related categories
- Lead commercial negotiations while protecting margins and cash flow
- Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution
- Use Excel and reporting tools to track sales performance, customer pipeline, and business opportunities




- Work closely with management to drive sustainable, long-term business growth

Who Should Apply?

- 7–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, Trade Sales, Commercial Operations, or Market Development
- Experience intimber, plywood, furniture, laminates, doors, panels, hardware, building materials, construction materials, steel, cement, paints, sanitaryware, or other relationship-driven trade businesses
- Proven track record of personally driving revenue growth, acquiring customers, and building dealer/distributor networksStrong negotiation, relationship management, and market development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel(reporting, sales tracking, data analysis, and business planning)
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM/MIS tools
- Willing to build a long-term career in Bhubaneswar

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
