Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end HR lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, retention, and exit management.

- Drive HR process transformation, automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Oversee HR operations, HR policies, employee relations, and employee lifecycle processes.

- Manage talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Develop and implement performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.





- Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

- Manage workforce planning, organizational development, and employee productivity initiatives.

- Monitor HR metrics, attrition, workforce costs, and employee engagement.

- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery across a workforce of 700+ FTEs.
