Role & responsibilities

- lead the overall business strategy, operations, growth and profitability of a diversified automobile and automotive manufacturing group with multinational operations.

The Group CEO will be responsible for driving business transformation, strengthening market leadership, expanding domestic and international operations, enhancing shareholder value, and building a high-performance leadership culture across the group. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience in the automotive industry, a solid track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations, P&L; ownership, international business expansion and strategic stakeholder management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy or Operations preferred.
- Typically 2025+ years of progressive leadership experience,



including substantial senior executive responsibility in the automotive or allied manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience as CEO, Group CEO, Managing Director, President, COO or Business Unit Head of a large-scale organisation.
- Proven track record of managing complex businesses, multiple manufacturing facilities and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Strong experience in P&L; ownership, business restructuring, revenue growth and profitability improvement.
- Experience working with multinational organisations and international stakeholders is highly desirable.
