We are looking for a GRC Analyst based in India to support our compliance platforms, client implementations, and audit-related projects.

This role is suited to someone with practical experience in governance, risk, compliance, ISO standards, or audit support who is comfortable working across both compliance technology and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

- Work with our GRC and compliance platforms, including ComplyAgent and FastTrack.
- Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
- Assist with ISO and GRC documentation, risk assessments, control mapping, evidence collection, and compliance tracking.
- Support internal audits, readiness assessments, gap assessments, and certification preparation.
- Review client documentation and identify compliance gaps.
- Maintain risk registers, Statements of Applicability, audit findings, corrective actions, and compliance records.
- Support consultants and auditors on active client engagements.
- Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and implementation discussions.
- Help test and improve compliance workflows within our platforms.




- Research new compliance standards and requirements and help translate them into practical implementation steps.

Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- ISO 27001
- ISO 9001
- ISO 42001
- ISO 22301
- ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
- SOC 2
- NIST CSF
- AI Governance
- Internal audits and certification readiness

What We Are Looking For
- Based in India and comfortable working remotely.
- Available to work the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST shift.
- Practical understanding of GRC, compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Ability to interpret compliance requirements and turn them into practical actions.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Comfortable learning and working with compliance technology.
- Able to work independently across multiple client engagements.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Auditor, Lead Implementer, or Lead Auditor qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
