We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor who can bring our brand stories to life and capture the essence of holistic living through compelling visual media.

Role Overview

As our Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-performing videos optimized for various social media platforms, YouTube, and digital campaigns. You have an eye for pacing, rhythm, and aesthetics, and you know how to hook an audience within the first few seconds.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Production & Editing: Assemble raw footage into seamless, engaging narratives—including talking head videos, product features, educational reels, testimonials, and brand promos.
- Platform Optimization: Edit and format videos specifically tailored for YouTube (long-form & shorts), Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Motion Graphics & Visuals: Incorporate dynamic text overlays, subtitles, transitions, basic motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to elevate the production quality.
- Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts, script visual cues, and execute campaigns aligned with our brand voice.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize all media libraries, project files, and raw footage archives efficiently.




- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current video editing trends, social media formats, and algorithm best practices to continuously improve engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Proven experience (1+ years) as a Video Editor, Content Creator, or similar role (portfolio of previous work is mandatory).
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Capable with mobile-first editing apps (CapCut, etc.) for rapid social output.
- Technical Know-How: Expertise in basic color grading, audio cleaning/mixing, and creating engaging, easy-to-read captions/subtitles.
- Creative Mindset: Exceptional storytelling abilities with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual aesthetics.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback.
