About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role focuses on creating impactful visual communication across Teabox and associated businesses, requiring a strong foundation in design principles and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals across multiple consumer touchpoints.

Must-Have’s:

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- A keen eye for detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of design decisions.




- Working knowledge of generative AI tools in design and production contexts.

Responsibilities:

- Create and deliver high-quality designs for various brand and business requirements.
- Design e-mailers, inserts, brochures, catalogs, packaging and other marketing collateral for both online and offline channels.
- Ensure all creatives align with Teabox brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Organize and prioritize workload effectively while handling multiple assignments.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to the team.
