Partners Advertising Private Limited is inviting applications from interested and qualified candidates for the position of Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, a strong eye for design, and experience in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media. The candidate should be capable of translating brand objectives and marketing concepts into impactful visual designs that engage target audiences. Knowledge of Punjabi language and typography will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, advertisements, website banners, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and client requirements.
- Design graphics for digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand communication across various platforms.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketing, and client-servicing teams to develop effective creative campaigns.
- Work on multiple design projects while ensuring consistency in visual identity, quality, and brand messaging.
- Prepare design layouts and artwork for both digital and print production.
- Edit images, illustrations, and other visual assets to enhance the overall quality of creative materials.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients and revise designs accordingly.




- Ensure timely delivery of creative projects while maintaining high standards of design and accuracy.
- Create Punjabi-language creatives when required, ensuring correct typography, text placement, and visual presentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, or other relevant tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate briefs into effective visual communication.
- Positive understanding of social media design formats, digital advertising, and print production requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, accept feedback, and work within deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
- Knowledge of Punjabi language, Gurmukhi script, and Punjabi typography will be a plus point.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation will be an added advantage.
