At Dr Rosher Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., we're building a beauty and personal care brand, and we're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can help us bring our ideas to life.

We're looking for someone who understands packaging, has a good eye for design, and knows how to make a product stand out. From designing our product boxes and labels to creating posters, ads, and motion graphics, you'll be involved in different aspects of building our brand.

What will be your Ownership..

- Designing packaging for our skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products, including boxes, labels, bottles, tubes, and cartons.
- Creating print-ready artwork and coordinating with printers and packaging vendors to get the final output right.
- Working on product mock-ups, packaging layouts, and new design concepts.
- Designing posters, social media creatives, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Creating basic motion graphics, animated ads, and short promotional videos for digital platforms.
- Maintaining consistency in our brand's fonts, colours, layouts, and overall look.
- Understanding packaging materials, printing techniques, finishes, and dielines.
- Making sure packaging artwork follows the required product labelling and regulatory guidelines.




- Working closely with the founder and marketing team on new product launches, campaigns, and creative ideas.
- Keeping up with recent packaging trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What we are looking for..
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, or print production.
- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, FMCG, pharma, or OTC products will be preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and video editing using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- A clear understanding of print production, packaging dimensions, dielines, colours, and finishing.
- The ability to take a design from concept to final print-ready artwork.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail, and the willingness to take ownership of your work.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
