We create thoughtful visual identities, digital campaigns and social media content that help brands build a strong and consistent presence.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for design, particularly in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, restaurants and cafés.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Design

- Design visually engaging social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create static posts, carousels, stories, promotional creatives, campaign collaterals and digital advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts that align with each brand's identity, target audience and marketing objectives.
- Maintain visual consistency across monthly content calendars and campaigns.

2. Hospitality & F&B; Creative Design

- Design creatives for hotels, luxury resorts, restaurants, cafés, bars and other hospitality brands.
- Create designs for food promotions, restaurant launches, festive offers, stay packages, seasonal campaigns, events and special occasions.
- Understand the visual language of premium hospitality brands and translate it into elegant, engaging and brand-appropriate creatives.
- Work with food, lifestyle, interiors and property photography to create compelling visual compositions.
- Adapt creative direction to suit different hotel brands, restaurant concepts and audience segments.

3. Creative Ideation & Campaigns

- Develop fresh creative concepts for monthly campaigns, brand launches, festive promotions and special events.
- Translate creative briefs into robust visual communication.
- Stay updated on social media design trends, typography, layouts, visual storytelling and emerging creative formats.




- Contribute ideas during internal brainstorming sessions and creative planning meetings.

4. Brand Identity & Marketing Collaterals

- Follow established brand guidelines, colour palettes, typography and visual systems.
- Create brochures, menus, flyers, presentations, event creatives and other marketing collaterals as required.
- Ensure consistency across digital and print designs.
- Support branding and visual identity projects when required.

5. Team Collaboration & Delivery

- Work closely with social media managers, content creators, photographers, video editors and the performance marketing team.
- Understand briefs, incorporate feedback and make revisions within agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple brand accounts and prioritise work according to delivery schedules.
- Ensure all designs are proofread, correctly formatted and ready for publishing or printing.
- Maintain organised working files and design assets.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Prior experience designing for hotels, resorts and restaurants is a must.
- A solid portfolio showcasing hospitality and F&B; social media creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work with high-quality photography and create premium, polished designs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to handle multiple brands, briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Skills




- Experience working with premium or luxury hotel and restaurant brands.
- Understanding of hospitality marketing, food styling visuals, resort photography and restaurant promotions.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing for social media.
- Experience creating print-ready artwork, menus, brochures and event collaterals.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs independently and suggest improvements.
