Gresham Global is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team on an immediate basis. This role is instrumental in creating visually compelling designs, including marketing literature brochures, digital assets, etc., for both Gresham Global and our partner Universities. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design skills with a strong understanding of business objectives, ensuring that all creative outputs align with our strategic goals. This is an office based role in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

- Develop high-quality designs for digital and print media, including marketing collaterals, brochures, and social media graphics.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials and campaigns.

Digital & Social Media

- Create visually engaging content for social media platforms in line with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate design seamlessly into digital campaigns.

Web & Email Design

- Design web assets and graphics to enhance online presence.
- Utilize HTML and CSS for basic website updates and maintenance.
- Develop visually appealing email templates that align with brand standards.

Creative Strategy & Business Alignment

- Align design concepts with marketing and sales strategies to maximize impact.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to keep designs fresh and creative.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications,



and web development.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop design solutions that support business objectives.

Project & Time Management

- Manage multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and business needs.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry best practices.

Location - Chembur, Mumbai. This is a full-time office-based role.
