Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

The Job

Title will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, including assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring stock is organized and replenished. The role involves handling point-of-sale activities, responding to customer inquiries, and helping create a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic retail operations skills, such as handling POS systems, cash management, and inventory support.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative in improving the customer experience.
- Prior experience in lifestyle or fashion retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, business, or related fields is a plus.
