Job Summary

A-One Steels is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to support its marketing, branding, and digital communication initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs, producing and editing videos, and developing multimedia content that effectively communicates the brand message across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, presentations, catalogues, and corporate profiles.

 Create engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online promotions.

 Develop product-related designs and promotional materials for steel products.

 Create, edit, and produce videos for social media, product promotions, corporate communications, events, and digital marketing campaigns.

 Handle basic video production activities, including shooting, audio coordination, and preparing footage for editing.

 Develop motion graphics, animated creatives, video transitions, and other multimedia content as required.

 Work with video footage, images, audio, typography, and visual effects to produce high-quality content.  Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual and multimedia communication materials.  Work with the marketing and sales teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs aligned with campaign objectives.

 Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

 Manage design files, source files, and exports in appropriate formats, ensuring files remain editable and organized.





 Stay updated with current design trends, video production techniques, and creative tools.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.

 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation.

 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

 Working experience with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, including creating, editing, and exporting CorelDRAW files in .CDR (CRD) format.

 Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or similar software.

 Ability to create and edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, product showcases, and corporate communications.

 Basic understanding of video production, including camera operation, lighting, framing, audio, and shot composition.

 Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Positive communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience & Additional Skills

 Experience creating designs and videos for the industrial or manufacturing sector is an added advantage.  Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools.

 Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

 Understanding of digital content formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform specific creative requirements.

 Ability to manage and maintain organized design assets, editable source files, and production-ready exports.
