Role Description

This is an unpaid, remote internship role for a Graphic Design Intern at Small Fare®. The intern will support the design team by creating digital assets such as social media graphics, marketing materials, and basic web visuals for Small Fare® and its portfolio brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with logo variations, brand style applications, image editing, and preparing files for digital use.





The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand creative requirements, iterating on feedback, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. This internship offers exposure to real-world design projects and the opportunity to build a strong portfolio in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual assets.
- Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding, including working within brand guidelines and visual identities.
- Basic to intermediate Image Editing skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
- Portfolio showcasing design projects or practice work (academic or personal) demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Interest in digital products, branding, and marketing for sectors like fintech, events, e-commerce, and creator-focused platforms.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
