Role Description The Graphic and Visual Designer role at Mettle Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The designer will create visual concepts and graphic assets for brand identities, marketing campaigns, websites, and digital experiences, ensuring alignment with strategic and creative direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts, illustrations, and social media creatives; collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and developers; and preparing final artwork files for print and digital use.





The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints, participating in design reviews, and iterating on visual solutions based on feedback and performance insights.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality work.
- Experience in Branding and developing cohesive brand identities, including logos, color systems, and visual guidelines.
- Ability to produce engaging Graphics for campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Skills in Web Design, including designing responsive interfaces and collaborating with developers on implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
- Solid collaboration skills and the ability to interpret briefs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant degree or certification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
