Process Gold

Loan applications and ensure completeness of documentation. Verify KYC documents and maintain regulatory compliance. Handle disbursement, renewal, part-payment, closure, and release of pledged gold. Manage customer relationships and address customer queries efficiently.

Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers. Follow up with customers for renewals, overdue accounts, and repayments. Ensure safe handling, storage, and custody of pledged gold ornaments.

Maintain branch records, registers, and MIS reports. Support branch operations and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in Gold Loans, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Retail Sales, or Customer Service. Freshers with strong customer handling skills may also be considered. Knowledge of gold appraisal and lending processes will be an added advantage. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
