- 6+ years in ML/data/software with strong evaluation focus, experience with LLM/agent evaluation design and statistical rigour, proficient in Python and evaluation tooling
- Evaluate LLM or ML systems using evaluation tooling, perform data analysis and metric interpretation, apply tracing/observability tooling, and produce clear technical reports
Solid background in EUC ecosystem architecture (Virtual Desktops, Patching, Software Distribution, Image Management, Endpoint Security). Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL v4), VDI, DAS frameworks, AIOps tools, and device telemetry analytics.
